Privacy policy
This policy explains what Matchedlabs collects when you use matchedlabs.io, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you book a discovery call, we store what you enter in the form: your name, your store URL, your work email, your approximate monthly ad spend and what you are currently running. We also record the time of the request, the page it came from, your IP address and your browser type, to tell real requests from automated ones.
- How the site is used. Our server keeps standard access logs (pages requested, time, IP address, browser). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your booking request and prepare for the call.
- To keep the site running and detect abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside Matchedlabs except the service providers who host our infrastructure, who process it only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Booking requests are kept while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick the thread back up. Server logs are rotated automatically. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Cookies
The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may set its own cookies under Google's policy.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any email from us, or send a note through the booking form with "privacy" in the message, and we will take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
