How to read it
- The two weeks right before launch were already better than early September (about 1.25%), so the cleanest comparison is the week before: 1.25% → 1.57%.
- Launch week (Oct 5–11) peaked at 1.80%. Oct 5 was also an email send day, and the cart drawer, mobile menu and popup went live the same day, so they share the credit.
- Visitors now leave the homepage for a product page faster (median time on page 26s → 22s), which fits the higher click-through to products.
- Next step: run the new taco homepage as an A/B test against this one so the next change is measured against a live control.
